Accepting these terms
By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, or use the service with the consent and supervision of an authorized guardian.
Accounts and security
The iOS app creates a device-bound guest account automatically so registration is optional. A guest can browse, create and purchase, but reliable cross-device recovery requires securing the same account through Apple or Google. You are responsible for protecting your device and sign-in methods. Existing accounts are not merged automatically with guest points, projects or purchases.
Content and references
You keep your rights in content you provide. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the text, images, audio, video, people, and marks you use, and grant the service limited technical permission to process that content to fulfill your request.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content; impersonating a person without permission; exploiting minors; distributing malware; bypassing security, pricing, or usage limits; or harming the service or its users.
Nature of AI results
Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to results received by others, and a provider may reject a request under its policies. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. Do not treat it as professional advice or proof of a fact.
Points and Apple purchases
Points are an in-service usage balance, not currency or a transferable or cash-redeemable asset. Monthly plans grant their stated points when the subscription starts and again after each successful renewal. Extra point packs can be purchased independently without a monthly subscription. iOS prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, and purchase management are governed by your Apple account and App Store terms, and points are granted only after StoreKit verification succeeds.
Failed generations and refunds
When the system records an eligible generation failure, points are returned automatically according to the job state. Hiding a project does not create a refund. App Store payment refund requests are handled by Apple; if Apple revokes or refunds a transaction, the related points balance may be corrected to prevent duplication.
Service availability
Some functions depend on external AI, identity, notification, and payment providers. The service may be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, or provider limits. We do not guarantee that every model, feature, or result is available at all times.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for a breach of these terms, a security or fraud risk, or where required by law or a provider, with reasonable steps to protect rights and data where possible.
Service and liability limits
The service and results are provided as available. To the extent permitted, you are responsible for reviewing your use, results, and backups, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from decisions based on a generated result or an external-provider interruption. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or requirements change. The current version and date will be posted here, and we may request renewed acceptance or show a notice for a material change. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the new version.
